What guarantee do Nishma handpans have regarding tuning?
All of our handpans come with a one-year tuning warranty. With proper playing technique, your handpan can stay in tune for many years. However, if the instrument is played too forcefully, it will go out of tune more quickly.
⚠ Important: The one-year tuning warranty does not cover damage from impacts or misuse. If something like this happens, please write to us. We're here to help you find the best solution.
